The Bespoke Homes Process

Here you will meet with one of our New Home Specialists, who will guide you through each step of the process. We will collaborate to determine which home best fits your needs and then select a suitable lot. Once we have established which plan and lot would work best we review the contract, answer any questions you may have and gather all necessary information.

Once you are under contract, two important actions take place:

1. Construction Deposit: You have 3 business days to submit your construction deposit.

2. Design Book and Upgrades: We will send over a design book along with any available upgrades for your chosen plan. We aim to schedule your design meeting within the first week post-contract to ensure timely ordering and adhere to our 6-month build timeframe.

• The design meeting typically lasts 1 to 3 hours, where you will select finishes with the assistance of our in-house designer.

• After the meeting, your New Home Specialist will send you the Selections Form for your review.

• Payment Requirement: All upgrades must be paid upon signing the Selections Form. No finishes will be ordered until payments are received.

During the Permit and Build Phase, we focus on ensuring that all necessary approvals are secured and the construction of your new home begins seamlessly. Here's what you can expect:

• Navigating the Permit Process: Our team will handle all aspects of obtaining the required permits from the city. 

• Commencing the Building Phase: Once all permits are secured, we will officially begin the construction of your home. 

This phase is crucial for laying the groundwork for your new home and ensures that all legal and regulatory requirements are met before construction proceeds. We are committed to keeping you informed and involved throughout the process!
